Mission and Goals
Mission
EP4Y is a community collaborative providing resources to youth and families in the areas of healthy youth development and prevention of youth alcohol and drug use. Through improved communication and coordination of programs and services, we provide access to resources youth need to grow up healthy and succeed in school and in life.
Our community-wide, coordinated effort focuses on helping Eden Prairie youth get their needs met by offering:

Goals
Broaden Awareness
Parents, community members, and youth need good information about helpful strategies to engage and support healthy development.
Actively Engage
Individuals and groups in can play a powerful role to ensure that Eden Prairie youth are healthy and supported. There is a role for everyone in this effort.
Leverage Resources
Community resources are maximized when we agree to work together.
Create Opportunities
Opportunities for youth, and opportunities for community groups and individuals, will be created when we share information about needs and resources.
