Carl Nelson, from Chance-Nelson, created the EP4Y logo and tagline.  He also lent his talents to the Friends of the Eden Prairie Arts Center when he designed their logo.

Chance-Nelson was formed  in 1980 as an advertising agency, and is also involved in graphic design work. Carl also works in fine art, focusing primarily on landscape painting.
